Team build the Chinese Way – The City’s New Conference Package

At Crowne Plaza London – The City has developed a creative new conference package, incorporating a Chinese Master class – ideal for corporate team building.

Designed for small groups, the initiative provides delegates with a fun opportunity to finish the days meeting with an entertaining yet informative masterclass on how to prepare authentic Sichuan cuisine – an unusual and effective to provide a development program for the group.

Brendan Speed, executive Chef de Cuisine of the Chinese Cricket Club – formerly of Zuma Istanbul, with give a 90 minute presentation, allowing delegates to test their senses and taste the ingredients used to make up the staples of Chinese cooking, Besides the cooking, he will share the background on the origins of and the history behind the ingredients used. A team of Chinese chefs, including his Dim Sum specialist, Chef Wu, will be on hand too.

Following the masterclass, delegates will be treated to a five-course banquet featuring several of the dishes they have been prepared. On the menu will be a selection of Chinese Cricket Club signature dishes including Soft Shell Crab, Cloud Ear Mushroom Salad, Pork Sui Mui etc

The new concept is available for groups of up to 12 persons and is priced at £95 inc VAT and includes:
